What type of release is this?
This is a infrastructure enhancement release that will bring scaling improvements as well as increased stability & performance for Trainingportal Offline customers.
Is system downtime expected?
Trainingportal Offline customers will be able to continue using the installations onboard while this maintenance is completed. There will, however, be delays with synchronisations. For example: A password reset or newly issued enrolment may be delayed in being available in an Offline installation, until the work is complete. We do not expect there to be any other system downtime during this deployment & we will be monitoring the deployment throughout the process.
